Responsibilities
The role of Assistant Managers strive for excellence. They coach and develop their teams in order to achieve business goals, and implement initiatives to drive increased sales and service levels.
The Assistant Manager’s role is fast paced, demanding and exciting. As well as daily team leadership, they build relationships with clients; manage systems, processes and operations. Above all they are brand ambassadors, always leading by example.
The Assistant Manager also creates effective schedules that ensure adequate coverage, maintains attendance tracking, reviews departmental logs for completion and accuracy, provides support and direction to all staff members, and assists with implementation and monitoring of the new processes and projects.

The Assistant Manager, Marketing will provide support to the Director Marketing, focusing on the needs of UK & Ireland, leading the development of marketing plans for these countries, providing marketing expertise and support to the Market leader. As a strong candidate you must have great organisation skills to manage the broad range of tasks, as well as have the ability to manage cross communication between various departments to maintain business efficiency.
Your role will include:
1. Managing communication and tasks across the departments
2. Very hands on with the projects and tasks
3. Understand social media and ecommerce platforms
4. Maintain existing and establish new PR relationships with appropriate press and media
5. Liaise with the designer and the senior team in understanding the brand image in the media
